Horisont Energi is a Norwegian clean energy company with international ambitions. We work to contribute to the necessary energy transition the world needs, building end-to-end CCS value chains and a global scale clean ammonia plant.

With strong ambitions and a dedicated team we continue on our mission towards the net zero future. The need for urgency is larger than ever before in tackling the ongoing climate crisis.   • Bjørgulf Haukelidsæter Eidesen

    Chief Executive Officer and Founder

    Bjørgulf has a broad experience in the upstream energy business, from upstream, to midstream and downstream. In most of his previous roles he has developed projects from scratch, within commercial-, project-, and technology business units. This has created a trail of exciting deliveries and a passion for this kind of work. Finally, what sets him apart is the combination of leadership skills, technology and project expertise and energy business knowledge.

  • Ståle Brattebø

    Chief Operational Officer/Chief Technology Officer

    Ståle has over 30 years of subsea experience, from contractors and oil companies. Management and board experience from developing a subsea start-up company to an exit, supported by private equity. He has knowledge of NCS regulations and subsea standards. Experience with R&D and technical qualification of several subsea products and solutions. The Subsea system engineering experience is gained from all phases of subsea projects, including the offshore phase.

  • Leiv Kallestad

    Chief Financial officer

    Leiv Kallestad is an experienced business executive, who has a worked with large multinational companies like ExxonMobil and ConocoPhillips and held CFO roles in several public companies. Leiv has also worked with commercialisation and scale-up of energy related technology in start-ups, and has extensive experience in the areas of financing and M&A.

    Having worked in the oil & gas business for more than 20 years, it is great to have the opportunity to participate in the development of green and blue industry. Horisont Energy has the potential to play an important role in this area, and it is very exciting for me to be able to be a part of the company.

    Chief Legal Officer
