Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022

The Annual General Meeting of Horisont Energi (EURONEXT: HRGI) will be held on Friday 27 May 2022 at 10:00 a.m. CEST at the company’s offices at Grenseveien 21, Sandnes, Norway.
Shareholders are urged to grant powers of attorney or to vote electronically prior to the meeting. The deadline for voting in advance or providing a proxy is no later than 14 a.m. CEST on 25 May 2022.
Shareholders who wish to participate physically are kindly requested to send a message by e-mail to legal@horisontenergi.com confirming their attendance by 25 May 2022 at 11:00 a.m. CEST.
