The grievance mechanism is targeted towards individuals, communities and companies who have feedback or concerns regarding our projects. It is a channel to present issues to the projects and is supervised by the Chief HSSE Officer.
All grievances are taken seriously and processed according to our procedures.

The Whistleblowing channel is targeted towards employees, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders who have observed suspicious behavior or actions that contradicts our Code of Conduct. If you have experienced potential violations or unethical behaviour, you can help us by reporting your concern.
All reports are handled confidentially and in accordance with our procedure.
