Following today’s announcement from the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate Horisont Energi (EURONEXT: HRGI) and Neptune Energy will apply for the license to operate the announced area for CO2 storage in the North Sea. The two companies will apply together where the intention is that Neptune Energy will have the operatorship for the development phase and Horisont Energi will take over as an operator when the Errai project is in operation in 2025.
