The board
Mr. Berg is currently a professional board member and has served at several boards in Norway and abroad, both as board member and chair.
He is an experienced business executive with a track record from a number of public and private industrial companies, including two decades in the international oil and gas industry.
He started his career with Esso Exploration and Production before joining Phillips Petroleum and then moving on to entrepreneurial activities in MultiFluid/Roxar. In the following years Mr. Berg has been the CEO of agriculture implements supplier Kverneland Group, as well as CEO of the investment company Hitec Industries.
Mr. Berg is a Norwegian citizen and has his residence in Oslo, Norway.

Ms. Augustson brings extensive experience from leading positions and directorships in sectors like finance, energy, geo services, real estate, and retail. Ms. Augustson is currently a strategic and financial advisor to the Norwegian Carbonor, a CO2-removal and bio carbon company, as well as being the founder and creative director of Esperance.
Ms. Augustson led Norwegian Energy Company ASA (NOR) trough a successful financial restructuring, resulting in full recovery for the company and best performing stock on the OSE in 2016.
Ms. Augustson holds over 15 years of experience as non-exetuctive board member from both listed and unlisted companies, as well as NGOs.
Ms. Augustson is a Norwegian citizen residing in Switzerland.
Board member, Silje Christine Augustson
Mr. Eidesen is the Founder and former CEO of Horisont Energi.
Holds a master’s degree in cybernetics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and 15 years from Equinor, Mr. Eidesen has a robust background in engineering, technology, projects, the energy industry and commercialisation.
From 2006 to 2019, he held various technical, commercial, and management positions at Equinor, gaining extensive experience in the upstream, midstream and downstream energy sector. His tenure at Equinor provided him with a solid industrial foundation and broad leadership experience.
Established Horisont Energi in 2019 with the vision to create a company that contribute to accelerate the transition to a carbon-neutral future by developing end-to-end CCS value chains and large-scale clean ammonia plants.
Mr. Eidesen has extensive industry and business development experience and has forged strategic partnerships, which provides significant insight and contribution to Horisont.
Mr. Eidesen is a Norwegian citizen and has his residence in Stavanger, Norway.
Board member, Bjørgulf Haukelidsæter Eidesen
Mr. Larsen was Head of International Exploration at Equinor establishing business for the company in more than 10 countries.
Heading the company’s country risk management and social responsibility unit, he led the work of producing Equinor’s first Sustainability Report making the company a global front runner within the area. Following retirement from Equinor, Rolf Magne Larsen has been advising energy companies through his own company.
Today he holds board positions at Wellguard and Drem Investment. Mr. Larsen is a Norwegian citizen residing in Norway.

Ms. Pithoud serves as the employee representative on the board. She has worked in the company since 2022 as a procurement manager, now as a project manager on the company’s Polaris project.
Having extensive experience in the energy sector from companies as Wintershall Dea and Equinor gives Ms. Pithoud valuable insight and competencies.
Ms. Pithoud is a French citizen residing in Norway.
